IP Addresses of our outbound mail servers:
167.235.23.98 | 2a01:4f8:1c1e:54ca::/64 | antispam.arrowtec-media.de |
Email sending policy:
If you want to send emails to us, your outbound mailserver and your emails have to meet the following conditions:
- Static IP address: Your outbound mailserver must have a static IP address
- rDNS: Your outbound mailserver must have a PTR record as reverse DNS name. This reverse DNS name must be an individual host name, which points back to the IP address of the outbound mailserver.
- DNSBL: Check that the IP address of your outbound mailserver is not listed on a public DNS blocklist, like the ones at the bottom of this page. You might check this at MxToolbox for example.
- HELO: Your outbound mailserver must send a valid HELO/EHLO, it must be the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of your mailserver (e.g. mail.domain.com)
- MX/A record: The domain which is used in your Envelope From must exist, and must either have a MX or A DNS record, so it can receive bounce mails if needed.
- Headers: Your emails must comply with RFCs 5321 and 5322. For example:
- The following headers must exist exactly once (and must be valid): Date, From, Message-ID
- The following headers should not exist more than once: Subject, To, Cc, Reply-To, Sender, In-Reply-To and References
Usage of DNSBLs (DNS Blocklists):
As one of our counter measures we use well known, public and private blocklists. If your outbound IP address is listed on these
blocklists, we might block your mails with the following error message:
550 Access denied
